I'd be happy to provide feedback! I won't be able to see the final product until the first weekend in
September when I visit my family (I had it shipped directly to my brother's home...he lives in Iowa
and I'm in Chicago, IL). I will certainly respond to this survey once I've seen the product (which was
my nephew's name...Carter...and his birthdate and his weight). I can say though that your customer
service has been truly exceptional and I absolutely appreciate it!! It was refreshing to receive email
updates from you personally during the order process... from the confirmation email to emails
regarding any delays, it certainly makes your client's feel well-taken care of! Thus far, I would most
definitely recommend you and your company to all of my friends! I plan on ordering another for a
